Heavy-Duty, On- and Off-Highway Engines 2018

06-11-2018 – 07-11-2018 – Cologne, Germany

Call for Papers

The MTZ Conference on “Heavy-Duty, On- and Off-Highway Engines” has become established as the prime forum for the exchange of information and experience between the developers and designers of engines for the commercial vehicle and mobile machine sectors and for maritime and stationary applications. It offers a unique pan-European industry-wide transfer of expertise between the various heavy-duty engine segments and their applications. This two-day event will take place for the 13th time on 6 and 7 November 2018, this time in Cologne. At the end of the first day, the conference will also include a guided tour of the DEUTZ AG plant.

In order to ensure that engine experts will continue to benefit from an informative and forward-looking conference in the future, the Scientific Advisory Board has decided, after intensive discussions, to optimize the conference in a number of aspects. The aim was to generate added value for those attending. At the same time, particular care was taken to avoid changing the successful character of the conference. For example, parallel sessions are being offered for the first time this year, thus allowing time for more papers and new subject areas to be included in the two days. Furthermore, a panel discussion with high-caliber speakers on the key issue of hybridization is also planned.

After the conference, your presentations will be published on the Springer Professional knowledge platform.

We cordially invite you contribute to the success of this MTZ Conference by submitting a specialist presentation.

On behalf of the Scientific Advisory Board
