Call for Papers

Energy and mobility systems based on regenerative electricity will require new raw material supply and value chains. It is essential to evaluate carbon footprints across sectors and to globally consider economic and social aspects.

We will focus on the necessary, consistent adaptation to European market requirements. How is vehicle technology changing in terms of cost, range, and charging time? What are the focal points in the expansion of the charging networks? Are regenerative power resources and the grid infrastructure being built up quickly enough? Are the political goals achievable? What are the developments in the use of hydrogen and its infrastructure for commercial vehicles?  

We aim to provide an opportunity for technological discussions between leading representatives of the automotive industry, energy producers, and power grid operators, as well as politicians.

I would like to invite you to present a paper at the 18th International MTZ Conference on Future Powertrains. Details on submitting a paper can be found in this Call for Papers.

After the congress, your paper will be published as part of the congress proceedings at Springer Vieweg and on the online platforms Springer Link and Springer Professional.

Information on the Conference

The time allowed for presentation is 20 - 25 minutes with a subsequent discussion. The registration fee will be waived for one speaker per paper presented. The language of the manuscripts and slides is English.
