The evening event


Evening reception in Munich Ratskeller

Enjoy a delightful evening and interesting conversations over dinner with colleagues and speakers.

Conference check-in


Please register at the check-in of the venue as of 8:00 a.m. You will be given your conference documents and all other information there.

Images of the event


A photographer from Springer Fachmedien will accompany the exhibition. The images will be used for reporting on the event in the magazines of the Springer-Group and as part of promotion activities on the event website.

Note: The room contingents are limited in time. We recommend an early booking. Should you have any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.

There will be bus transfers between the hotels "Hotel Europa" and "Star Inn Hotel Schwabing/ Premium" and the venue.

Conditions


Cancellation

No cancellation charge is due if the registration is cancelled by 3 June 2019. For cancellations made after that date the full registration fee is payable. Cancellations must be made in writing. The date of the postmark will determine whether the deadline has been met.

If you are unable to attend, we will be happy to accept a substitute participant.

Changing a speaker or cancelling the event

Should a speaker be unable to attend at short notice by reason of force majeure, illness, accident or other circumstances for which ATZlive cannot be held responsible, another qualified person will be appointed to the exclusion of any claim for compensation. Should the event be cancelled altogether, we will of course refund the registration fee.

Conference documentation 

No conference documentation may be reproduced or transferred to third parties without the express written consent of ATZlive. Photographing the presentation slides and making audio and video recordings of the event are not permitted.

Data privacy

Your personal details will be stored electronically in compliance with the GDPR. The ATZlive privacy policy  applies you can find at the website. We will not disclose your address to third parties for advertising purposes. Conference documents


You will find these in your conference bag, which you will receive when you check in. The list of participants is at the back of the conference program. All written presentations available to us are to be found on the USB stick handed over to you with the bag.

For reasons of data privacy, we do not publish lists of participants outside of the event. 

Online registration for participants


All participants, exhibitors, speakers, Advisory Board members and media representatives at the event are given access to the participants’ area of the event website. Please click on the “Login” button at the top of this page.

Event documents

Various event documents are available in the participants’ area during the event. In addition, the presentation manuscripts submitted are also available for download for logged-in participants after the event.

Registration

Registration is required for online access. This can be done directly during booking of the event and is free of charge.

If you have already made a booking without registering, you can register now. Please specify the event for which you have already made a booking.

WLAN / Internet access


You have WLAN access free of charge at most conferences. Information on how to gain access is available at the event.
