From single parts, to prototypes to series-production parts: With 50 modern plasma nitriding maschines of various sizes, we guarantee all our customers the best possible treatment without any compromises. Maschine capacity can be expanded at short notice. Fully automated series production is also possible. Components of up to 3.1 m in diameter and up to 3.8 m in length are provided with finishes.
ELTROPULS Plant manufacturing:
Eltropuls delivers plasma heat treatment maschines and systems for nitriding, nitrocarburising and coatings. We provide bell, pit and horizontal furnaces in various sizes. Starting from 0,45m up to 6m diameter and useful heights from 0,8 to 5m. Also fully automated nitriding systems are available.

Poppe + Potthoff is a Specialist for injection systems as well as technically sophisticated components and systems.
We develop and manufacture common rail subsystems, high-pressure lines and pressure relief valves for more efficient and cleaner combustion engines. The injection systems are designed for use with diesel, gasoline, synthetic fuels, CNG, gas or hydrogen and can be loaded up to 3,000 bar.
We also supply precision components for SCR (exhaust gas purification systems), hydraulic systems, stability, braking and steering systems.
Poppe + Potthoff Maschinenbau develops and produces machines for testing the operating and fatigue strength of components and systems, e.g. impulse test benches up to 6,000 bar, burst pressure test benches, autofrettage systems, pressure cycling and function test benches for media-carrying components (e.g. valves, cooling and heating systems, hose lines, pipes) under changing temperature conditions.
